In New New York, on the edge of Tent City (what used to be Central Park), sprawls upward a gleaming red tower. Impaling your eyes with it's near chrome like reflections, and sheer audacity rearing it's head over you.
Much like the owner.
Upon entry, odd human like noises creep from around corners, bullets fly in firing ranges, screams of newly created humanoids echo down the halls.
Not a place for the faint of heart.
