I created this with a certain roleplaying game of the same name in mind (which is why it sounds like a fairly chill bar rather than an overly loud restaurant, and also why there are rats), but it could just as well apply to Douglas Adams' famous restaurant on a quiet evening. (Mind you, all evenings are as one in Milliways.)
