The Apocalypse
After the apocalypse happens, you and some others hide out in your family's old garage. You're working on armour that your father left (he seemed to know that this was coming), and they're talking about the demons that'd emerged from a crack between Hell and Earth. Between them, you, your father's prophetic notes, and other wanderers tackling the new lifestyle, the demons don't stand a chance.
